We are the Code-Breakers, this is our first post here, today we are so delighted to make you a short presentation about our robotic’s project idea.
Let me start with some general information on what is the meaning of an anthropomorphic robot, that name is given by all the articulations of the mechanism, those are very similar to an human arm.
This kind of robot is very popular, even than us… anyway, an anthropomorphic robot is controlled based on a dynamic analysis, so, is more complex than a cartesian robot.
Let’s now turn to the structure of the robot, we’d like to illustrate this point by showing you the next figure… (We are starting, so, this figure help us to imagine the moving of the joints)

Our first overview for the construction are the 3 rotational joints, and for now, this is our question:
What we have to use to handle the robot movement?
The answer is easy, servo motors. With this component we can controll the angle of each joint in the mechanism.
This is important because we’ll control the movement of the mechanism programming and manipulating matrices, and also control the position and orientation.
